Products Reports give you deep analytical visibility into the performance of your entire retail and consumable catalogue. Identify your top-selling products by revenue and units sold, compare performance across any two date ranges, analyse gross margin per product and per category, and surface items that have not sold in 90 days. Stock valuation data allows you to see the total capital tied up in inventory at any point in time, informing purchasing decisions with real data.

How It Works

Navigate to Reports then Products and select the specific report type from the available tabs.

Set the date range and apply category, brand, or supplier filters as needed.

Review the Top Sellers view sorted by revenue to identify your highest-performing products.

Switch to the Margin Analysis view to see gross profit per product and evaluate pricing health.

Export the Slow Movers list and use it to plan a targeted clearance promotion or product range rationalisation.
